Personal and Workspace Settings

Explains how to manage profile, appearance, notifications, security, and workspace general, member, policy, and billing settings.

Settings are divided into Personal Settings and Workspace Settings. Personal settings apply to the current account, while workspace settings can affect the selected team space and its members.

Opening Settings

Select the profile area below the left project rail and open Settings. If you use multiple workspaces, first confirm that the workspace you want to change is selected.

Personal Settings

Personal Area

Profile

Check or edit the profile image, display name, and account email.

Appearance

Choose system, light, or dark theme and display language.

Notifications

Adjust the notification items such as deck completion, mentions, and invitations.

Security

Verify login methods and current session information.

Profile Image and Name

  • Select a supported image file.
  • Use a square image so that the face or logo is centered.
  • After editing the name, press the Save button to apply changes.
  • The account email may be read‑only if it is linked to the login method.

Theme and Language

  • System follows the operating system setting.
  • Light and dark themes can be chosen manually.
  • Changing the language may update some screens immediately, while other content may refresh only after reopening.
  • Language settings do not automatically lock the language of created decks. Specify the deck language in the prompt.

Notifications

Enable only the items needed for your workflow. Turning off deck‑completion notifications means you must manually check ongoing tasks. Keep invitation and security notifications enabled whenever possible.

Workspace Settings

Workspace Area

General

Manage the workspace name, logo, and basic information.

Members

Invite members and manage roles and status.

Policy

Manage policies such as data usage scope, upload permissions, default model, and retention period.

Billing

View current credits, purchases, and payment history. Access may be restricted by role.

Settings Requiring Permissions

  • Member invitation and management may be available only to owners or administrators.
  • Changing workspace policy may be restricted to owners or administrators.
  • Billing management is shown only to users with permission on the product screen.
  • If the Settings menu is not visible, check the role and policy with the owner.
  • Editing a shared project alone does not allow changing workspace settings.

When Changes Are Not Reflected

  1. 1

    Verify Save Action

Check whether a separate Save button is required after changing the name or image.

  2. 2

    Confirm Current Workspace

Ensure you are not modifying another workspace’s settings.

  3. 3

    Reopen the Page

Close and reopen Settings or refresh the page to see the latest server values.

  4. 4

    Check Permission Errors

If a button is disabled or a save is rejected, verify your current role.

  5. 5

    Change Image Format

If profile or logo upload fails, retry with a small square PNG or JPEG image.

Changing workspace policy and billing can affect other members’ work. Verify team operating standards and approval procedures before making changes.
