Understanding Credits
Explains Rhetis workspace shared credits, current usage per task, and behavior when balance is insufficient.
Rhetis currently operates around workspace shared credits rather than a regular subscription. Credits are used for resource‑intensive tasks such as AI conversations, image asset generation, and style creation.
Basic Principles of Credits
Current Operating Model
Workspace Sharing
Active members of the same workspace share a single credit pool.
Free Start
New workspaces may receive starting credits to experience core flows.
Task‑Based Deduction
Credits are deducted based on actual AI tasks performed, not a fixed monthly quota.
One‑Time Top‑Up
Purchase credit packs to add balance when needed.
Current Usage Rates
The base rates for the current code are as follows:
- AI conversation (1 session): 1 credit
- Image asset generation (1 session): 5 credits
- Style creation (1 session): 10 credits
- Starting a new workspace: 50 credits
Credit rates and starting amounts may change during beta operation. Use the balance, guidance, and purchase screen values shown in the product interface as the final reference before executing any task.
Understanding Deduction Processing
Some tasks reserve the required credits at the start, and if the task succeeds, the reservation is confirmed as actual usage. If the task fails, the reservation may be released.
- Available balance: Credits that can be used for new tasks
- Reserved balance: Credits temporarily held for tasks in progress
- Confirmed usage: Credits actually deducted for successful tasks
- Refund or release: Credits released from failed or cancelled tasks
If many tasks are in progress, the available balance may appear temporarily lower. Check the balance again after all tasks finish.
When Credits Are Insufficient
- New AI generation may not start.
- Existing projects can still be opened and reviewed directly.
- A prompt to purchase credits or request a top‑up from an authorized user will appear.
- If a failed task has reserved credits, check the balance again after a short time.
- Do not create duplicate tasks by pressing the same button multiple times.
Managing Credits in a Team
- Plan large style or asset experiments in separate projects.
- Reuse official styles to reduce repetitive generation.
- Do not resubmit a request that is already in progress.
- Top up before project closure when the balance is low.
- Consider credit usage when granting edit permissions to external collaborators.
- Regularly review recent usage to spot unexpected tasks.
Is It a Subscription?
Credit packs are currently presented as one‑time purchases. Unless a monthly subscription commitment is explicitly stated on the product screen, do not assume a recurring payment. For large organizations or cases requiring a separate agreement, use the sales inquiry channel.
Credits are based on the current workspace, not on individual accounts. Switching to another workspace may change the balance and usage history.
