Gallery and Project Management

Explains how to find, open, rename, duplicate, share, and delete projects.

Each deck work in Rhetis is saved as a project. You can reopen work from the recent projects on the home page and the Gallery, tidy up names, duplicate, or share them.

[Shooting Guide · IMG-PROJ-01] Arrange six recent projects with virtual thumbnails. Each card should display the project name, workspace, update time, and slide count.

Opening a Project

Select the cover or title of a card. The project opens to the screen that matches its current stage. If projects from another workspace are not visible, switch workspaces from the bottom left.

Project Menu

Opening the menu on a project card or the left recent list gives you the following actions based on your access rights.

  • Rename: Change only the title without altering the project content.
  • Duplicate: Create a copy while keeping the original.
  • Share: Copy the project link or open sharing settings.
  • Delete: Remove the project.

Some menu items may not appear for shared projects without edit rights.

[Shooting Guide · IMG-PROJ-02] Capture the card’s top‑right menu open. Delete should be distinguished as a risky action and only use demo projects.

How to Name a Project

  • Include purpose and time.
  • For client projects, use an internally approved identifier instead of the client name.
  • Do not inflate the title with version numbers; only show important approval status.
  • Examples: 2026 Q2 Board Update, North Region Renewal Proposal, Product Launch Review — Approved.

When Duplication Is Useful

  • Reusing an approved deck structure for the next quarterly report.
  • Using the same proposal structure for different clients while separating content.
  • Creating a safe copy before attempting major changes.
  • Experimenting with potential team templates.

After duplication, verify the project title, reference date, attachments, and sharing permissions. The original may still contain outdated content.

Before Deleting

  • Export any needed PDFs first.
  • Confirm that teammates are not reviewing the project.
  • Check that shared links are not embedded in external documents.
  • Ensure you haven’t accidentally selected a similarly named project.
  • Read the project name again on the confirmation screen.

Deleting a project removes it from the recent list and gallery. If the interface does not explicitly provide a recovery feature, do not delete with the assumption that it can be restored.

When a Project Won’t Open

  • Verify the current login account and workspace.
  • If it’s a shared link, confirm you logged in with the invited email.
  • The link may have been disabled or permissions changed.
  • Ask the owner if the project was deleted or renamed.
  • Reopen from the gallery instead of an old tab.
