Frequently Asked Questions

A compilation of frequently asked questions about how to use Rhetis, files, editing, collaboration, credits, and export.

## What is Rhetis? Rhetis is an AI presentation workspace that confirms the purpose and audience of a presentation based on prompts and work materials, then creates a final deck through story planning, storyline, and skeleton.

## Can I start with just a prompt? Yes. However, if the deck involves real numbers, customer information, or company context, it is more accurate to attach relevant files or prepare Knowledge.

## What files can I upload? In Knowledge you can choose PDF, PPT/PPTX, DOC/DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. In project input you can attach documents, images, and other work files, but whether they are actually processed depends on the current screen and upload result. Audio and video are not supported.

## Can I just change the design of an existing PPT? You can use an existing PPT as material, but Rhetis focuses on reinterpreting content and structure rather than simply swapping themes. If you need to keep the original order and wording, specify it in the prompt and check the result in the skeleton.

## Can I edit the generated content directly? You can review and edit slides and blocks in the skeleton and final deck. You can also use Ask Rhetis to rewrite only selected parts.

## Do I have to go through all the steps? Each step builds on the previous result. Even for small tasks, it is good to confirm the audience and purpose and review the storyline. Skipping major structural changes can increase the cost of revisions in the final stage.

## Can I trust the numbers generated by Rhetis? Even if Rhetis summarizes or reorganizes data, users must verify numbers and sources from the original text. Include constraints in the prompt to avoid creating unsupported figures, and verify before final submission.

## How are Knowledge and project attachments different? Knowledge is suitable for materials you want to reuse repeatedly in a workspace, while project attachments are for the latest files or one‑time materials needed for the current request.

## How are style and assets different? Style sets the overall color, font, spacing, and mood of the deck. Assets are individual images or visual materials used on specific slides.

## Can I use it with a team? Invite members to the workspace and share projects via link or email. You can set view, comment, and edit permissions for projects.

## Can I allow only comments for external users? Set the project sharing permission to Comment only to receive feedback without edit rights. Also check the external sharing toggle and invitation email.

## Are credits individual? Credits are currently managed around a shared pool per workspace. Active members of the same workspace can use them together, so check the balance per workspace.

## What happens if I run out of credits? A lack of balance may block new AI generation tasks, but existing projects do not disappear immediately. Recharge and re‑run the necessary tasks.

## Is it a monthly subscription? Based on the current documentation, credit packs are one‑time top‑ups. If a separate subscription condition is shown on the product screen, follow that guidance first.

## In what formats can I export? The current workflow guides you to export as PDF. Before sending files externally, open the downloaded PDF to inspect pages, fonts, and images.

## Is there a public API? Currently no public API documentation is provided for general users. User guides are based on tasks that can be completed on the Rhetis product screen.

## What if generation takes a long time? Do not repeatedly press the same button; check the processing status, network, and credit balance. After a while, reopen the project to check status, and if a failure indicator appears, try again with a smaller scope.

## Where do uploaded materials belong? Knowledge, style, and credits are managed based on the currently selected workspace. Project attachments are used in the context of that project. Always confirm you have selected the correct workspace.

## Can I use the output commercially? Rhetis outputs can be used in work, but rights to user‑uploaded material, external images, trademarks, and people in the generated results must be separately verified. If legal review is needed, consult a professional.
