Buying Credits and Payment
Guides how to add a one‑time credit pack to a workspace and verify payment completion and balance reflection.
A credit pack is a one‑time purchase product that adds credits to a workspace balance when needed. Only users with purchase permissions can access the payment screen.
Before You Buy
- Verify that you are adding credits to the correct workspace.
- Check the current available balance and any pending reserved balance.
- Roughly estimate the number of tasks you need.
- Ensure you are logged in with an account that has payment authority.
- If it is a corporate purchase, first confirm approval, invoicing, and tax handling criteria.
Buying a Credit Pack
- 1
Open the Payment or Billing Page
Look for the credit pack in the payment section of workspace settings or the billing page.
- 2
Select the Pack
Review the credits granted, price, currency, and tax information. Confirm that it is a one‑time top‑up and not a monthly subscription.
- 3
Start the Payment
Click the purchase button and follow the payment provider’s instructions to enter payment details. Do not click the button multiple times.
- 4
Check the Payment Completion Screen
Verify the success status and the target workspace. Closing the browser too early may delay confirmation.
- 5
Re‑check the Balance
Confirm that the purchased amount is reflected in the settings or credit screen.
- 6
Re‑run the Task
A generation that stopped due to insufficient balance may not resume automatically. Return to the project and re‑run the required tasks.
When the Balance Does Not Increase After Payment
- Confirm that the current workspace matches the purchase target.
- Verify that the payment completion screen shows a success status.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh the credit screen.
- Do not repeat the payment process using the browser back button.
- Bank or card approval and Rhetis payment completion may differ; distinguish the two states.
- If duplicate payment is suspected, stop further purchases and record the time, amount, and identifying information from the payment screen.
When Payment Fails
- Check if the card allows online and overseas payments.
- Verify currency and payment limits.
- Confirm that corporate security browsers or popup blockers are not interfering.
- Instead of refreshing the payment page, restart from the Rhetis billing screen.
- Before trying another payment method, ensure the failure state is confirmed.
Invoices and Organizational Purchases
For large credit volumes, contract payments, invoices, or organization‑level onboarding, use sales inquiries instead of repeatedly buying standard packs. Available documents and payment terms may vary by contract region and operating policy.
Do not estimate refunds, expiration dates, or tax conditions that are not actually confirmed on the payment screen. Verify the terms and final amount on that screen before purchasing.
