Your plan determines available features, usage limits, billing cycle, and included credits. Credits are the unit used for AI work, and you can add a credit pack without changing your plan.

Free is suited to trying the core Rhetis workflow. Choose Pro for individual work, or Team or Business when you need collaboration and administration. Enterprise is available for larger rollouts and custom contracts.

Current costs: AI chat 1, asset 5, style 10, story plan 5, storyline 5, wireframe 1 per successful slide, and knowledge ingestion 5 per indexed document. Credits are reserved first and captured on success; failed work and system retries are not charged.

Yes. A new workspace receives 100 starter credits, and you can begin on the Free plan without adding a card.

Yes. Credits granted by a plan and credits purchased separately are added to the same workspace balance.

Yes. Credits are managed at the workspace level rather than per account, and active members of that workspace share the balance.

Credits are reserved when a job starts and captured only when it succeeds. Failed jobs and system retries are not charged. If the balance is insufficient, credit-consuming work cannot start until you add a credit pack.

Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year. If you cancel, the subscription ends after the current billing period. Team and Business plans are billed per seat with a two-seat minimum.

Yes. Enterprise contracts are available for volume credits, organizational controls, security reviews, and rollout support. Invoice and contract billing terms are arranged with sales.
